At Framebridge, we take pride in the quality of our custom craftsmanship and want you to love your framed memories. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please reach out to our team within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of your product to initiate a resolution or return request.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for a replacement frame.
Package Your Frame
Carefully pack your item in its original custom packaging to ensure it remains protected during the transit back to our studio.
Refund or Remake
After receiving your item, we will either process a full refund to your original payment method or begin crafting your replacement immediately.
